Upon acceptance of the extended 30 hours you will receive a code which you need to pass on to the Preschool Manager together with parents National Insurance numbers and child’s date of birth.

Claims can only be made from the term after your child’s 3rd Birthday or the term following the issue of the code. You do not need to apply to obtain the 15 hour funding.

Every 3 months you will need to re-validate your claim. Reminders will be sent out on Tapestry.
