Who will care for my child?
We have a strong, professional, commited team to care for your child. Dandelions and Snapdragons are led by a BA Hons Degree qualified Pre-School Manager and strong, qualified leadership team. The Deputy Manager also holds a BA Hons Degree and the Senior team either have or are working towards a Foundation Degree, Dandelions Rising 5's Co-ordinator holds an Early years Professional Status. Play Assistants either have or are working towards a minimum of NVQ3
Your child's safety is paramount at our Pre-Schools. All staff are qualified first aiders and all our staff and committee members are DBS checked. In addition, as we are part of a student programme, we provide college and year 10 students with work experience. We also encourage parent helpers to stay and play.
When your child starts, they are joined with a key person, who not only builds a relationship with them but also with you, which is an important part of making sure your child feels content and happy in our settings Their role is to help children settle in.
